Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments made to SparkDev — including for websites, Discord bots, plugins, hosting, subdomains, and any other digital services — are final and non-refundable unless the owner explicitly approves a refund on a case-by-case basis. No refund will be issued without direct approval from the SparkDev owner.

2. Owner Discretion

Refunds are granted solely at the owner's discretion. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee a refund will be granted. The owner's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

• Refund requests may be considered only when raised through official channels.
• The owner reserves the right to approve, partially approve, or deny any refund request without providing a reason.
• Approved refund amounts are at the sole discretion of the owner and may not equal the full payment.

3. Non-Refundable (Always)

The following are never eligible for refund under any circumstance:

• Completed and delivered digital products (websites, bots, plugins, scripts)
• Hosting and subdomain services once provisioned
• Rush or priority delivery fees
• Partial or fully consumed service hours
• Services where the client supplied incorrect or incomplete information
• Any service where work has already commenced

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you have an exceptional case, you may contact the owner directly. This is a request — not a guarantee.

2. 2The owner will review the request at their convenience — no response timeline is guaranteed.
3. 3If approved, the refund amount and method will be decided by the owner.
4. 4No further escalation or dispute will be entertained after the owner's decision.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SparkDev will result in immediate termination of all services associated with your account. SparkDev reserves the right to contest all chargebacks with full transaction evidence.
