Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. 24–48 Hour Order Cancellation Window

To request a cancellation or refund for any web development service or custom order:

• Strict 24–48 Hour Limit: Any cancellation request must be formally submitted within 24 to 48 hours of order placement.
• After 48 hours, active engineering, environment setup, and architecture design have commenced, and the order becomes non-refundable.

2. Serious & Unfixable Issue Rule (No Cash Refunds / Store Credit Only)

Cash or real money refunds are never issued under any circumstances. Refunds are also never granted for change-of-mind or design preference changes.

• Store Credit Refunds Only: If a critical, severe technical defect occurs within the 24–48 hour window that is formally verified and certified as unfixable by SparkDev's Lead Developer, an eligible refund is issued exclusively as SparkDev Account Wallet Credits (1 Credit = ₹1) for store templates or hosting services.
• Right to Repair: If a technical bug occurs, SparkDev always retains the primary right to repair, patch, or replace the code before any store credit refund is evaluated.

3. Customized Project Delivery Timelines

Project delivery timelines are not generic. Estimated delivery dates are calculated and decided based on specific Project Scope & Requirements. The finalized delivery date will be explicitly communicated and stated in your official order proposal or invoice.

4. 14-Day Free Revision Window & Maintenance Pricing

We provide structured revision protection post-delivery:

• First 14 Days (Free Minor Revisions): For the first 14 calendar days post-delivery, all minor bug fixes, text tweaks, color adjustments, and small layout tweaks are 100% FREE.
• After 14 Days (Minor Revisions): Once the 14-day window expires, minor revision requests will cost between ₹50 to ₹150 per update (or deducted directly from your SparkDev Wallet Credits).
• Major Updates & Feature Additions: Adding brand-new pages, backend integrations, or major architectural updates will be quoted separately based on project complexity.

5. Developer Safety & Code Protection Warranty

SparkDev's 14-day free revision warranty applies exclusively to original code delivered by our engineering team. If the client or any third-party developer modifies, alters, or tampers with the delivered source code after handoff, SparkDev's free revision warranty is immediately voided.

6. Duplicate Charges

If a payment gateway transaction is processed twice for the same invoice, the duplicate transaction is automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
