- Discord Account Data: Username, avatar, and Discord ID collected via Discord OAuth when you log in.
- Usage Data: Invite counts, message points, and credit balances tracked by our Discord bot within your server.
- Order & Service Data: Details of custom web development, web apps, hosting, or consulting services you purchase or request.
- Contact Data: Any information you provide through our inquiry, quote request, or contact forms.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the data we collect to:
- Authenticate your account and provide secure access to our platform.
- Manage your orders, fulfillment of services, and custom subdomain requests.
- Track community activity (invites, messages) for reward and tier systems.
- Respond to support tickets, revision requests, and client inquiries.
- Send critical notices and important updates about your provisioned services.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia South (Mumbai) region. We utilize industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We enforce a strict policy: we do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
We partner with the following third-party services that process data to ensure infrastructure delivery:
- Razorpay: For secure payment processing. Covered by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
- Discord: For secure OAuth authentication and bot integration. Covered by Discord's Privacy Policy.
- Supabase: For secure database and file storage. Covered by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
- Vercel: For web hosting and application edge network delivery. Covered by Vercel's Privacy Policy.
5. Cookies & Local Storage
We use browser local storage to remember layout preferences (such as theme and sidebar state). We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Session tokens from NextAuth are stored as HTTP-only cookies for authentication purposes only.
6. Your Rights & Data Retention
You have the right to request a copy of the data we hold, request corrections to inaccurate data, or request full account deletion. You can withdraw your authentication consent at any time by disconnecting Discord OAuth. Personally identifiable data will be removed within 30 days of an account deletion request.
7. Children's Privacy
SparkDev services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us immediately.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant updates via a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
