When you use SparkDev services, we may collect the following information:

• Discord Account Data: Username, avatar, Discord ID — collected via Discord OAuth when you log in.
• Usage Data: Invite counts, message points, and credit balances tracked by our Discord bot within your server.
• Order & Service Data: Details of services you purchase or request.
• Contact Data: Any information you provide through our inquiry or contact forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Authenticate your account and provide access to our platform.
• Manage your orders, services, and subdomain requests.
• Track community activity (invites, messages) for reward and tier systems.
• Respond to support tickets and inquiries.
• Send notices and important updates about our services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the Asia South (Mumbai) region. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Discord: OAuth authentication and bot integration. Governed by Discord's Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay: Payment processing. Governed by Razorpay's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Database and file storage. Governed by Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• Vercel: Web hosting and edge network. Governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy.

5. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser local storage to remember your preferences (theme, sidebar state). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Session tokens from NextAuth are stored as HTTP-only cookies for authentication purposes only.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting Discord OAuth.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Discord bot data (invites, messages, credits) is retained as part of server activity records. Upon account deletion request, we will remove personally identifiable data within 30 days.

8. Children's Privacy

SparkDev services are not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via a notice on our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
